Returns and Exchanges

No Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse. However, we may accommodate exchanges for eligible items, provided all conditions are met.

Eligibility for Exchange:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Certain items, including custom-made or personalized products, are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Initiating a Return or Exchange: To start the process, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your product. We will assist you in determining eligibility and the next steps.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for an exchange, except in cases where the product is confirmed as faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued only if a product is faulty or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify our customer service team immediately. We may require photographic evidence to process the claim.

Refund Process and Fees:
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
- A 5% deduction will apply to all refunds to cover bank charges and administrative fees.

Custom Orders: Please note that we do not offer refunds if a client decides to cancel or change their mind on a custom-made item after 7 days of ordering, as these items are crafted specifically to meet your unique requirements.
Damaged or Defective Products

Reporting Issues: In the rare event you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately. Providing photographic evidence will help expedite the resolution process.

Resolution Options: Depending on the issue, we will arrange for either a replacement or a refund. If a replacement is not feasible, a refund will be issued, less the 5% bank charges and admin fee.
